Remote Control Highway Drop Arm Automatic Barrier Gate
AC 100V to 264V with Solar Power capability for reliable access control in highway and industrial applications.
Motor Controller Functions & Configuration
Important Notes: All controller interfaces are for non-electricity connection only. NC (Normally Closed) is recommended by setting dip switch 1 to ON position.
Controller Features
  • NO/NC status adjustable via dip switch 1 (ON for NC, OFF for NO)
  • Power-off behavior adjustable: automatic boom opening or stay closed via dip switch 2
  • Obstruction response: automatic stop or reverse via dip switch 3
  • Auto-closing function with adjustable delay times: 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, 8s, 10s, 15s, 20s, 25s, 30s, 35s, 40s, 50s, 60s via dip switches 5-8
  • Boom angle adjustment: 60°, 70°, 80°, 90° via independent dip switch
  • Maintenance mode for convenient repairs and adjustments
  • RS485 serial communication for computer control integration
  • Separate interfaces for push button and remote control operation
  • Emergency stop input interface
  • Traffic light/alarm light interface support
Control Programs
Program 1: Two-key push button control with impulse trigger operation. Connect GND to COM, 24V to UP for opening, 24V to DOWN for closing. Supports IR sensors and loop detectors.
Program 2: Remote controller or GSM gate opener control. Connect antenna receiver GND to COM, Remote-up for opening, Remote-down for closing.
Program 3: Automated control via gate photocell (IR sensor) or loop detector. Includes emergency stop and alarm signal inputs.
Program 4: Boom-drop safety feature - stops operation with warning output when boom is impacted by vehicle.
