AC Servo Motor Non-spring High Speed Automatic Barrier Gate with Auto-return Swing-away Flange

The DZ-138B automatic barrier gate is engineered for diverse applications including expressway toll stations, bus stations, shopping malls, airports, hospitals, and more. In toll applications, collisions between vehicles and barrier booms occur frequently while maintaining permanent operational readiness. The optional auto-swing-away flange allows the barrier boom to automatically return to its original position, preventing damage to both boom and barrier while reducing downtime.

When a vehicle collision occurs, the barrier boom disengages, swings to the side, and is secured by a pivot shaft. Springs then return the barrier boom to its proper position in the flange, eliminating the need for manual re-engagement by staff.

A boom contact installed in the flange detects when the barrier boom has been deflected. After deflection, the flange slowly rotates to the open position, swinging the barrier boom completely out of the lane. The barrier resumes operation immediately or after an enable signal, depending on configured parameters.
