Product Overview
The DZ-138 boom barrier gate is engineered for expressway toll stations, bus stations, shopping malls, airports, hospitals, and similar applications. It incorporates second-generation servo motor technology with integrated design and mold manufacturing for compact structure, high precision, and standardization.
Featuring planetary reducer transmission for high efficiency, long service life, no oil leakage, no blockage, and low noise operation. The barrier arm speed is adjustable from 0.9 to 8 seconds with remote control distance up to 100 meters in open conditions.
Motor no-load speed reaches 3000 RPM with lifetime exceeding 10 million cycles. Boom lengths available from 2.5 to 6 meters with curved connecting rod, hoisting mechanism, and three-link transmission design.
Barrier Arm Options
Multiple arm configurations available: straight arm/telescopic arm (standard), curved barrier arm, round shape arm, and fence arm. Pricing varies by arm type.
Advanced Control System
Digital signal processor (DSP) control core enables complex algorithms, network connectivity, and intelligent operation. Integrated drive circuit (IPM) detects faults and displays fault codes for rapid troubleshooting. Three-bar linkage design ensures rapid rise and stable fall.
Solar charging capability makes it ideal for unmanned applications including railway crossings, fire passages, oil stations, and mine tunnels, enabling fully automatic operation without grid electricity.
