Our 4th generation non-spring servo motor technology combined with lightweight inflatable arms solves the technical challenge of achieving both high speed and long barrier arm length while maintaining operational stability. This breakthrough eliminates the need for traditional spring balance systems.
The barrier features a modern round housing design with integrated mechanical and electrical components, allowing quick left/right direction interchange. With high-precision planetary reducers, high-torque AC servo motors, and intelligent drivers, it operates smoothly and accurately in just 0.2 seconds, enabling fast passage in highway lanes and continuous operation exceeding 10 million cycles over 20,000 hours.

The internal wiring of this machine has been completed at the factory. Do not modify it - simply connect the 220V (110V in some countries) power supply and protective ground wire for operation.
Interface Connections
Traffic Light Interface: For 24V voltage traffic light systems.
Infrared Anti-Collision Interface: Connect external infrared anti-radiation devices and their output switch signals.
Ground Sense (Loop Detector) Interface: Supports external ground sensors - connect the switch signal output from the ground sensor.
