Product Overview
Our first-generation brushless gate system incorporates international leading technology with integrated design and precision mold manufacturing. Featuring a compact structure, high precision, and exceptional consistency, this standardized solution utilizes planetary reducer transmission for superior efficiency, extended lifespan, and reliable performance with no oil leakage, blockage, or excessive noise.
The motor employs a 24V permanent magnet rare earth synchronous brushless design, delivering compact dimensions, low power consumption, high torque output, wide speed regulation range, minimal heat generation, and precise limit control. Powered by a digital signal processor (DSP) control core, it enables complex algorithms for networking and intelligent operation. The integrated drive circuit (IPM) detects faults and displays diagnostic codes for rapid troubleshooting. The three-link crank design ensures fast open/close operations, while solar charging capability makes it ideal for unattended locations without mains power.
