Product Overview
This second-generation servo motor gate features integrated design and mold manufacturing with international leading technology. The compact structure ensures high precision, consistency, and standardization. Utilizing planetary reducer transmission, it delivers high efficiency, long lifespan, no oil leakage, no blocking, and low noise operation.
The motor employs a 24V permanent magnet rare earth synchronous servo motor with small size, low power consumption, large torque, wide speed regulation, no heat generation, small penetration, and precise limit control. With a digital signal processor (DSP) as the control core, it enables complex algorithms, network connectivity, and intelligent operation. The integrated drive circuit (IPM) detects faults and displays fault codes for quick troubleshooting.
The three-bar linkage design ensures rapid rise and stable fall. Solar charging capability makes it suitable for unmanned applications including railway crossings, fire passages, oil stations, and mine tunnels without electricity requirements, enabling fully automatic operation control.

Arm Direction Change Instructions
Servo motor allows arm direction change (LEFT or RIGHT) in 6 process steps:
  1. Remove the original left side electronic control board bracket and install it to the right
  2. Remove the M8X20 hexagon socket screw that fixes the motor and lift out the motor
  3. Remove the fixing screw on the boom bracket (see Figure 1)
  4. Use M14X150 screws to pull out the boom bracket (as shown in Figure 2)
  5. Install the extracted bracket from original left to right, or original right to left
  6. Install back to the case, fix M8X20 hexagon socket screws - left and right exchange completed with no additional settings required
