Explosion-proof safety parking gate system installation and components
Installation Procedure
  1. Site Preparation: Select the appropriate barrier gate type according to space specifications. Fix the barrier cabinet with expansion bolts. For non-concrete ground, create a cast-in-place basement according to site conditions.
  2. Spring Selection & Commissioning: The barrier gate is pre-adjusted before delivery. For additional adjustments, use the following stretchable spring specifications:
    • Diameter 4.0MM - Green color
    • Diameter 4.5MM - Red color
    • Diameter 5.5MM - Blue color
    • Diameter 6.8MM - Yellow color
    • Diameter 7.0MM - White color
    Spring length varies by product. Design changes will be communicated separately.
  3. Barrier Arm Position Adjustment: To reposition the arm after excessive force application:
    • Open the barrier gate door and remove the cover
    • Loosen the two DZ-8 fastening screws on the pendulum shaft using an M12 Allen key
    • Manually reposition the barrier arm to horizontal position
    • Re-tighten the two fastening screws with a hexagon wrench
