Installation Guidelines
1. Site Preparation and Mounting
Select the appropriate barrier gate model based on space specifications and secure the cabinet using expansion bolts. For non-concrete surfaces, create a cast-in-place foundation according to site conditions.
2. Spring Selection and Commissioning
While barrier gates are pre-adjusted before delivery, further spring adjustments may be required. Available spring specifications include:
  • Diameter 4.0MM - Green color
  • Diameter 4.5MM - Red color
  • Diameter 5.5MM - Blue color
  • Diameter 6.8MM - Yellow color
  • Diameter 7.0MM - White color
Note: Spring length varies by product, and design changes will be communicated separately.
3. Barrier Arm Position Adjustment
To reposition the barrier arm after excessive force application:
  1. Open the barrier gate door and remove the cover
  2. Loosen the two DZ-8 fastening screws on the pendulum shaft using an M12 Allen key
  3. Manually reposition the barrier arm to the horizontal position
  4. Re-tighten the two fastening screws with the hexagon wrench
