Movement characteristics

3. Security Features

(1)Ground sense anti-smashing: During the falling process of the barrier, if the ground sense(vehicle detector) signal is received, the barrier will reverse automatically, and will not fall during the triggering period. After the ground sense signal is restored, the barrier will automatically fall to ensure safety；

(2) Priority of opening and anti smashing: during the falling process of the barrier, in case of emergency, no matter what state it is running, as long as the opening signal is received, the barrier will perform the opening action;

Working Principle

The mechanical power is driven by the motor through the turbo worm reducer to drive the output shaft, and the motion is transmitted to the lever through the planar four-bar mechanism, and the magnetic sensor switch is used to accurately position the horizontal and vertical positions of the barrier during operation, so as to achieve Control of the barrier. Installation steps

● Open the packing box, and count the relevant random spare parts according to the parts list.

● Select a reasonable installation location according to the site, and ensure that the base plate is level with the concrete floor when fixing the base plate. If there is any unevenness, it must be smoothed with a grinder, and the base plate will not warp after installation;

● According to the position of the control room or sentry box, lay the power line and control line conduit according to the relevant regulations in the "GB232 Electrical Installation Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code" (it is recommended that the power line and control line be threaded in different line conduits).

● Install expansion screws (determined according to the actual accessories in the list) at the installation position of the lift door host, and fix the lift door host firmly before use.

● After the chassis is fixed, remove the spring, hand-operate the motor handle, shake the lever to the horizontal position, put the upper pole into the lever and put it on the splint and fasten it with bolts;

●Use M8*50 hex bolts to secure the lower rod and pull arm;

●Shake up the upper rod, when shaking the upper rod, one person needs to lift the upper rod to reduce the resistance of the gearbox, shake the upper rod to a vertical position, and hang the spring;

● Carefully compare the wiring diagram, connect the power line and related control lines to the control board of the gate, and after confirming that they are correct, tighten and debug.
