1. No Sensor & Limit Switch
Innovative design that doesn't require any sensors or limit switches. All control is handled precisely by the MicroDrive unit. Only four main parts: mechanical, motor, control unit, and power supply.

DC Brushless Servo motor doesn't require carbon brushes, unlike brush motors that need periodic carbon brush replacement. Galvanized and powder-coated parts are anti-rust, ensuring long-term usage. No other smaller parts require maintenance.

With a very smooth and quiet motorized drive mechanism, the barrier opens and closes very stably, offering maximum reliability at fast speeds for 24/7 non-stop usage.
4. Speed Adjustable
Our DC servo barrier gate allows you to set opening and closing speeds according to requirements. Shorter arms can be set to faster speeds.
5. Easy Integration
Access Reader, push button, or remote controller can be used to trigger the barrier gate to open via a simple dry contact signal. After the delay timer elapses, the barrier gate will close automatically (optional function).
6. User Friendly
Motorized arms provide comfortable passage while maintaining a high level and high density of car flow management, such as in toll gates.
7. Auto-Recovery
When power is off, the barrier arm can be lifted up manually for free exit. When power supply is restored, the barrier gate will automatically return to the closed position.
8. Auto Testing Mode
Control board can be set to auto testing mode for diagnostics and maintenance.
Boom Horizontal and Vertical Fine Adjustment
Horizontal Adjustment:
Power off first. Loosen the two screws on the balance rotating arm slightly but not completely, then rotate the barrier arm to make the active swing arm reach the mechanical limit position. In this situation, keep the arm horizontal and fasten the two screws on the balance rotating arm.
Vertical Adjustment:
After completing the horizontal adjustment, power on (ensure arm is installed). After the system starts, press the 'UP' button to check the vertical position. If not correct, follow menu settings to adjust DP10. For example, if the barrier arm doesn't open to full 90 degrees, increase the value of DP10. If it opens more than 90 degrees, decrease the value of DP10. Refer to appendix VI for detailed settings.
