The barrier gate operates through mechanical power transmission from the motor via a turbo worm reducer to the output shaft. Motion is transferred to the lever through a planar four-bar mechanism, with magnetic sensor switches providing precise positioning of the barrier in horizontal and vertical orientations.

An internal balance tension spring counteracts the barrier weight. During installation and debugging, the spring pull hole connection to the main shaft can be adjusted based on barrier length (6m, 5m, 4m, etc.) to achieve optimal balance without spring replacement. The spring tension is greatest when the spring hanging arm is positioned at the outermost hole.
