Road Blocker Machine Body
Constructed from 16mm international standard A3 carbon steel and channel steel welding for exceptional load-bearing capacity and anti-collision performance. Features anti-proof design with no electrical components inside the base housing for maximum safety. Optional anti-collision spikes available.
Hydraulic Pump Unit
Complete hydraulic station including oil tank, manual oil pump, hydraulic solenoid valve group, high-power motor, oil pump, oil cylinder, oil gauge, and high-pressure hydraulic oil pipes. Manual operation capability during power outages with adjustable up/down speed control.
Electronic Control System
Advanced PLC control board with leakage switch, high-life contactor, and precision timing-starting devices to prevent cylinder impact and extend service life. Multiple control options including control box, remote controller, and manual buttons.
