Installation Guidelines
  1. Installation Position: Install at specified vehicle entrance/exit. Place hydraulic station in accessible location near road blocker for easy operation and maintenance. Position control box conveniently near workstation.
  2. Pipeline Connection:
    • Standard 5-meter hydraulic pressure pipeline included (additional length charged separately)
    • Excavate foundation after confirming installation positions
    • Consider terrain when routing hydraulic oil pipes and control wires
    • Ensure no damage to underground facilities during burial
    • Mark pipeline locations to prevent construction damage
    • Hydraulic pipeline: 10-30cm depth, 15cm width
    • Control wire: 5-15cm depth, 5cm width
    • Use PVC threading pipe to protect both control wires and oil pipes
