Installation Guidelines
Installation Position:
The road blocker should be installed at designated vehicle entrances/exits. The hydraulic station should be positioned for easy operation and maintenance, typically near the road blocker (inside or outside security rooms). Control boxes should be placed at convenient operational locations.
Pipeline Connection:
  1. Standard equipment includes 5 meters of hydraulic pressure pipeline (additional length available). After confirming installation positions, excavate foundation while considering terrain for hydraulic oil pipe and control wire routing.
  2. Ensure pipeline installation avoids damage to underground facilities and mark locations to prevent construction damage.
  3. Standard groove dimensions: hydraulic pipeline depth 10-30cm, width 15cm; control wire depth 5-15cm, width 5cm.
  4. Use PVC threading pipe to protect both control wires and oil pipes.
