Installation Guidelines
Installation Position
The road blocker should be installed at specified vehicle entrances and exits. The hydraulic station should be positioned according to site conditions for easy operation and maintenance, typically near the road blocker (inside or outside security rooms). Control boxes should be placed in easily accessible locations according to customer requirements, typically near duty personnel workstations.
Pipeline Connection
  1. Standard equipment includes 5 meters of hydraulic pressure pipeline. Additional lengths are available at extra cost. After confirming installation positions for the road blocker and hydraulic station, foundation excavation should proceed with consideration for terrain to properly route hydraulic oil pipes and control wires.
  2. Ensure pipeline installation occurs without damaging existing underground facilities, then safely bury all components. Mark appropriate locations to prevent pipeline damage during subsequent construction operations.
  3. Pipeline groove dimensions should accommodate specific terrain conditions. Standard specifications include hydraulic pipeline depth of 10-30cm with 15cm width, and control wire depth of 5-15cm with approximately 5cm width.
  4. Use threading pipes (PVC pipes) to protect both control wires and oil pipes from environmental damage.
