The 5th generation brushless motor barrier gate incorporates advanced mold design technology, precision die-casting manufacturing, and brushless control speed regulation. Designed for quick left-right interchangeability without a clutch mechanism, this gate offers enhanced reliability and operational convenience.

The DZ-220B brushless barrier gate is an integrated electromechanical access control device for parking lots, factories, residential communities, and high-traffic access points. It adopts a reliable brushless motor drive with a rated power of 120W and a no-load motor speed reaching 1850 r/min. Operating time is adjustable from 1.5s to 6s, with compatible boom lengths ranging from 3m to 6m. Wide power input supports AC 110V and AC 220V at 50/60Hz, and the protection grade reaches IP54. Working temperature ranges from -35℃ to +85℃ with relative humidity up to 90% for stable outdoor operation.

The unit comes with a 433MHz learning-code anti-copy remote control with a remote distance of 30m to 50m under open, clear weather. Multiple safety protections include obstacle rebound anti-crush function, loop detector anti-crush protection, and barrier arm up-priority logic. It supports adjustable soft start/soft stop and adjustable limit angle, and auto-detects upper and lower limits after power-on without manual calibration. Manual crank operation is available for emergency lifting during power failure.

Rich I/O interfaces support infrared photocell, loop detector, radar, traffic light, and LED light signal input and output. It provides vehicle counting, anti-tailgating, fire linkage, delayed closing, and RS485 communication for intelligent parking system integration. An optional 24V battery module realizes auto arm lifting after power loss. The integrated one-piece cabinet structure uses die-cast parts for easy installation and daily maintenance.
