The SL800AC/SL1000AC/SL1500AC/SL2000AC gate opener is designed for commercial and industrial use, handling weights up to 800/1000/1500/2000kg and operating distances up to 12 meters. Gate motion is achieved by the rotating output gear driving the gear rack (sold separately) fitted to the moving gate.

Installation
The SL800AC/SL1000AC/SL1500AC/SL2000AC sliding gate opener is applicable to gates weighing less than 800kg/1000kg/1500kg/2000kg, with sliding gate length less than 12m. The drive mode adopts rack and gear transmission. This gate opener must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for protection.
Installation Procedures
Preparation work before installation: Please ensure the sliding gate is correctly installed, the gate rail is horizontal, and the gate can be manually moved smoothly before installing the gate opener.
Cable installation: To guarantee normal operation and protect cables from damage, bury the motor & power cable and controlling cable separately with two PVC tubes.
Concrete pedestal: Precast a concrete pedestal with dimensions 500mm x 300mm, depth 250mm in advance to firmly install the gate opener. Ensure the distance between the gate and gate opener is appropriate before casting the pedestal.
