The PK600GL Roller Wheel Swing Gate Automation Kit is designed for powering the opening and closing motion of gates weighing up to 600kg with a maximum length of 4 meters per leaf. This professional-grade system utilizes a rotating gear mechanism for smooth gate operation and must be installed within private property boundaries.
Installation Requirements
  • Swing gate must be correctly installed and move smoothly by hand before automation installation
  • With electronic lock: Maintain 15-20mm distance between gates
  • Without electronic lock: No specific distance requirement between gates
  • Power cable must connect to RCD-protected weatherproof outlet near gate opener
  • Control box must be installed at least 1.5m above ground to prevent accidental activation
  • Post-installation verification of mechanical functionality, gate movement smoothness, and sensor alignment required
