Installation Guidelines
The PK300DC/PK350DC swing gate opener is designed for single leaf gates weighing less than 300kg, with single leaf lengths under 2.5m/3m. The drive mechanism utilizes worm and worm gear combined with screw rod transmission. Must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for protection.
Installation Steps
Preparation Before Main Engine Installation
  • Confirm proper gate installation and smooth manual operation before installing opener
  • Ensure door safety stopper effectively prevents continued movement
  • Install electric lock with 40-50mm clearance between door bottom and ground
  • Without electric lock, maintain ≥20mm clearance between door bottom and ground
  • Recommended mounting height: 300-800mm from ground level
  • Ensure reliable fixed points for mounting brackets
Cable Installation
Use PVC pipes for motor, power cable, and control cables. Separate PVC pipes for motor/power cables and control cables respectively.
Mounting Brackets
For secure installation of PK300DC/PK350DC main engines, use expansion screws to fix mounting brackets.
