SW400DC swing gate opener is applicable to single leaf gates weighing less than 400kg and length no more than 3m. The drive mode combines worm and worm gear with screw rod transmission. This gate opener must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for protection.
Preparation Before Main Machine Installation
  • Before installing the door opener, confirm that the door is installed correctly and can be manually operated smoothly
  • Ensure the door limit stopper effectively prevents the door from continuing movement
  • Maintain 40-50mm distance between door bottom and ground for electric lock installation
  • Without electric lock, maintain 20mm distance between door bottom and ground
  • Recommended mounting height: 300-800mm above ground
  • Ensure reliable fixed points for mounting brackets
