PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The rising bollards system is designed to bring convenience and enhancements to higher-level security. It is an ideal choice for universities, pedestrian sidewalks, parking lots, government buildings, gyms, amusement parks, airports, shopping centers, hospitals, and occasions with high traffic flow.

SINOMATIC Hydraulic Bollard Road Blockers can be used to control vehicles in either one-way or two-way configurations and are specifically designed to interface with our extensive range of access control security systems, remote manned operation, or open/close vehicle loop detectors.

It can also integrated with green and red traffic light. The ‘red’ traffic light is illuminated while the Hydraulic Bollard is in its active position. The green light is only being illuminated once the Hydraulic Bollard is fully retracted. As the vehicle passes on to the safety/closing induction loop, the light will change to red signaling the next vehicle to stop.

The Hydraulic Bollard can be lowered with battery provided inside the control box in the event of a power failure. 

Advanced anti-corrosion design: The protection grade of the hydraulic system is IP68, the lifting column is made of 304 stainless steel, and the oil cylinder push rod is treated by nitriding process, which improves its wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

High strength blocking performance: The automatic hydraulic lifting columns have outstanding blocking performance, they can block the impact energy of 1108kj, which is equivalent to blocking the frontal impact of a 6.8-ton vehicle at the speed of 65km/h, stopping the driving of the vehicle, and the lifting column can still be lifted and used normally.

Easy maintenance: The modular design is adopted inside the lifting column. During maintenance, it only needs to remove the screws and replace the accessories, which avoids the problem of repairing the traditional lifting column which needs to be dug out of the ground and re-installed, and reduces the maintenance difficulty and cost.
