Installation Guidelines
The SW400DC swing gate opener is designed for single leaf gates weighing less than 400kg with lengths not exceeding 3 meters. The drive mechanism utilizes worm and worm gear combined with screw rod transmission. This gate opener must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for protection.
Pre-Installation Preparation
  1. Before installing the gate opener, verify that the gate is properly installed and operates smoothly manually, with effective limit stoppers to prevent over-travel.
  2. Maintain 40-50mm clearance between gate bottom and ground for electric lock installation. Without electric lock, maintain 20mm clearance.
  3. The recommended mounting height for both main machines is 300-800mm above ground level, ensuring reliable fixed points for mounting brackets.
