The drive system utilizes rack and gear transmission. This unit must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for optimal protection.
Installation Procedures
Pre-Installation Preparation: Ensure the sliding gate is properly installed, the gate rail is level, and the gate moves smoothly manually before installing the opener.
Cable Installation: For optimal performance and cable protection, bury the motor & power cable and controlling cable separately using two PVC tubes.
Concrete Pedestal: Precast a concrete pedestal measuring 500mm x 300mm with a depth of 250mm to securely install the gate opener. Verify appropriate distance between the gate and opener before casting.
Main Unit Installation: Remove plastic housing before installation; prepare appropriate power lines (minimum 3 cores, 1.5mm² cross-section); unlock main unit using manual release key before installation.
