400kg Swing Gate Operator Integrated Mechanical Limit Switch 3M / Leaf Adjustable Speed

The PK400AC swing gate opener is designed for residential courtyard applications, capable of handling gate leaves up to 400kg in weight and 3.0 meters in width per leaf. This operator delivers safe and reliable performance for automated gate systems.

The PK400AC swing gate opener is suitable for single leaf gates weighing less than 400kg, with gate length under 2.5m. The drive system utilizes worm and worm gear combined with pinion transmission. For protection, this gate opener must be installed inside the enclosure or yard.

Two engines are installed at both sides of the gate. The main engine on the left side serves as the installation reference, with similar installation for the right side unit.

Before installation, ensure the gate operates smoothly manually. Remove plastic covers from the main engine and mounting base plate, keeping fasteners secure.

For electric lock installation, maintain 40-50mm clearance between gate bottom and ground. Without electric lock, maintain ≥20mm clearance.

Prepare appropriate fasteners for mounting plate and wall connection. Power cable for main engine requires minimum 4 cores with cross-sectional area ≥1.5mm². Limit switch cable requires minimum 3 cores with cross-sectional area ≥0.75mm². Control box power cable requires minimum 3 cores with cross-sectional area ≥1.5mm². Cable length should be determined based on installation site requirements.

For secure installation of PK400AC main engines, we recommend using expansion screws to fix the mounting brackets.
