High Temperature Stability Vehicle Loop Detector Multiple Voltage Anti Smashing

This inductive coil type vehicle detector is designed to detect the presence and passage of vehicles. It features existence mode, filtering, automatic sensitivity enhancement, sensitivity level and frequency selection settings, along with a reset function.

Upon power-on, the detector enters self-calibration mode with green LED flashing and red LED extinguished for approximately 1 second. No vehicles should be on the loops during calibration. After calibration, the green LED stops flashing and red LED remains extinguished. When a vehicle passes over the loop, the red LED illuminates.

DIP1 and DIP2 set sensitivity; DIP3 sets presence output time for relay 1; DIP4 configures relay 2 as presence/pulse output; DIP5 sets presence signal output time; DIP6 sets frequency. Jumper wire connected to open end links PIN16 to NO of relay 1, while close end connection links PIN16 to NC of relay 1.

Users can adjust loop work frequency to prevent cross-talk from adjacent loops or environmental interference. Two frequency styles are available, configured via DIP6.

Sensitivity can be adjusted using DIP1 and DIP2 on the front panel. If vehicles are not detected during testing, increase the sensitivity setting.
