The PK300DC/PK350DC gate opener is designed for residential courtyard swing gate use, supporting gate leaf weight up to 300 Kg and width up to 2.5m/3m. Features DC motor, compact structure, smooth operation and low noise.

Installation Requirements
PK300DC/PK350DC swing gate opener is applicable to single leaf gate weight less than 300kg, and length of the single leaf swing gate should be less than 2.5m/3m. The drive mode adopts the worm and worm gear to combine the screw rod transmission. This gate opener must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for protection.
Installation Steps
Preparation Before Main Engine Installation:
  • Confirm correct installation of the door to ensure easy manual operation
  • Ensure door safety stopper effectively prevents door from continuing movement
  • Install electric lock with 40-50mm distance between door bottom and ground
  • Without electric lock, maintain ≥20mm distance between door bottom and ground
  • Main engine mounting height: 300-800mm from ground
  • Ensure reliable fixed points for mounting brackets
Cable Installation
Use PVC pipe for motor, power cable, and control cables. Separate two PVC pipes for (motor and power cable) and (control cable) respectively.
Mounting Brackets
Use expansion screws to fix mounting brackets for secure installation.
