Operation Indicators
Upon power-up, the detector enters self-calibration mode with green LED flashing and red LED extinguished for 1 second. Vehicles should not be present on loops during calibration. After calibration, green LED stops flashing and red LED remains extinguished. Red LED illuminates when a vehicle passes over the loop.
DIP Switch & Wire Jumper Configuration
DIP1 and DIP2 control sensitivity settings. DIP3 sets presence output time for relay 1. DIP4 configures relay 2 as presence/pulse output. DIP5 sets presence signal output time. DIP6 controls frequency settings. Jumper wire connections determine PIN16 connectivity to relay 1 NO/NC terminals.
Frequency Adjustment
Users can modify loop operating frequency to prevent cross-talk from adjacent loops or environmental interference. Two frequency styles available, configured via DIP6.
Sensitivity Adjustment
Sensitivity can be adjusted using DIP1 and DIP2 on the front panel. If vehicles are not detected during testing, increase sensitivity settings.
