The drive system utilizes worm and worm gear combined with screw rod transmission. Installation must be performed inside the enclosure or yard for optimal protection.
Installation Preparation
  • Ensure proper gate installation and smooth manual operation before installing the opener
  • Verify door safety stoppers effectively prevent excessive movement
  • For electric lock installation: maintain 40-50mm clearance between door bottom and ground
  • Without electric lock: maintain ≥20mm clearance between door bottom and ground
  • Recommended mounting height: 300-800mm from ground level
  • Confirm reliable fixed points for mounting brackets
Cable Management
Use separate PVC pipes for motor/power cables and control cables to ensure proper operation and protection from damage.
Mounting Requirements
For secure installation of PK300DC/PK350DC main units, we recommend using expansion screws to fix mounting brackets securely.
