Installation Preparation
Ensure the sliding gate is correctly installed, the gate rail is horizontal, and the gate can be manually moved smoothly before installing the gate opener.
Cable Installation
To guarantee normal operation and protect cables from damage, bury the motor & power cable and controlling cable separately using two PVC tubes.
Concrete Pedestal Requirements
Precast a concrete pedestal of appropriate size to firmly install the gate opener. Verify the distance between the gate and gate opener is appropriate before casting the pedestal.
Important Safety Warnings
  • Before installing the main engine, ensure safety stop blocks are in place and functioning to prevent the gate from running out of the rail or safety range
  • Verify the main engine and components have good mechanical properties and the gate operates flexibly when manually moved
  • One control unit can only drive one main engine - using multiple engines will damage the control system
  • Do not install the product more than 5 cm above the ground
  • Earth leakage circuit breaker must be installed in a visible location with minimum mounting height of 1.5m to prevent access by children
  • After installation, check mechanical properties, gate movement flexibility after manual unlocking, and proper installation of infrared sensors (if applicable)
