SN-HSG-SV-M1 is a DC Servo motorized high speed swing barrier gate core mechanism with integrated control kit. Featuring a slim, elegant design with minimal footprint, it offers the widest opening clearance to accommodate large boxes, trolleys, wheelchairs, baby strollers, or users with substantial luggage.

This swing barrier gate mechanism operates at speeds up to 0.3 seconds, enabling continuous passage of up to 45 people per minute.

The control system provides two logical working modes with different IR sensor configurations. Simple logic is used for basic passage control (3-pair IR mode), while tailgating logic mode with 4-pair IR sensors offers stricter passage management.

Unlike traditional swing barriers, our high-speed gates feature anti-crash technology. When unauthorized persons attempt to push the flap, it automatically locks at a set angle and returns to the correct position without damage.

The servo controller uses logical sensors to prevent unauthorized access through the turnstile after an authorized person has entered. This minimizes security risks and ensures only authorized personnel gain access to secured areas.

This high-speed gate allows customized opening and closing speeds. When barriers are wider or higher, speeds can be adjusted accordingly for optimal performance.

Compared to tripod turnstiles and flap barriers, swing barriers provide the widest opening clearance. The slim core machine design enables narrow housing, with paired units creating passage lanes up to 1220mm (including 20mm clearance).

Acrylic flaps can be custom-cut to fit specific site clearance requirements, ensuring perfect installation.

Access readers or push buttons can trigger barrier opening via simple dry contact signals. After a programmable delay timer (3-60 seconds), the barrier closes automatically.

Optional IR sensors automatically reverse the gate if obstacles are detected during closing, preventing impact with people or objects in the passage lane.

The swing barrier board includes an emergency interface. When activated, the barrier opens and remains open during emergency situations.

During power failures, the system automatically opens using super capacitor backup for emergency egress. When power resumes, the barrier automatically closes to its original position.

Intelligent high-speed gates are compatible with IC cards, ID cards, barcode cards, and fingerprint recognition devices for staff management.
