Turnstile Equipment Debugging Instructions
General Debugging Steps
  1. Connect machines according to wiring diagram
  2. Power on - check for error codes and resolve if present
  3. Adjust arm rotating direction from NP07 menu if incorrect
  4. Set the zero position accordingly
  5. Adjust Position loop gain P using DP06 to control gate opening speed
Common Debugging Issues and Solutions
Issue 1: Gate only opens in one direction when given enter/exit signal
Solution:
  • Verify NP01 value for correct machine type setting
  • Check open signal wiring - ensure it's not connected to Emergency open terminal
Issue 2: Need faster closing speed
Solution:
  • Increase Position loop gain P value using DP06 (ensure flap doesn't overshoot)
  • Increase Max operation speed value using DP01
Issue 3: Rotation arm overshoot
Solution:
  • Increase Speed loop gain P value using DP04
  • Decrease Position loop gain P value using DP06
  • Decrease Max operation speed value using DP01
Issue 4: Rotation not moving when powered on, displaying E021
Solution: Check motor wiring and encoder connections for correctness
Issue 5: Power on displays U-12
Solution: Power supply incorrect - verify power supply connections and specifications
