Installation Requirements
The PY300DC sliding gate opener is designed for gates weighing less than 300kg with sliding distance up to 8 meters. The rack and gear transmission system requires installation inside an enclosure or protected yard area.
Pre-Installation Preparation
Ensure the sliding gate is properly installed with level gate rails and smooth manual operation before installing the gate opener.
Cable Installation
For optimal performance and cable protection, bury motor/power cables and control cables separately using two PVC conduits.
Concrete Pedestal
Pre-cast a concrete foundation measuring 400mm x 250mm x 200mm to securely mount the PY300DC gate opener. Verify proper gate-to-opener distance before pouring concrete.
