Articulate Swing Arm Gate Motor 400KG 3 Meter / Leaf AC Motor Soft Start Slow Stop

The PK400AC gate opener is designed for residential courtyard swing gates, supporting gate leaf weights up to 400 kg and widths up to 3.0 meters.

The PK400AC swing gate opener is designed for single leaf gates weighing less than 400kg, with a single leaf swing gate length less than 2.5m. The drive mechanism utilizes worm and worm gear combined with pinion transmission. This gate opener must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for protection.

Two engines are installed at both sides of the gate. The main engine at the left hand serves as an example for detailed installation description and can be referenced for the right side installation.

a) Before installing the door opener, confirm proper gate installation to ensure smooth manual operation. Remove the plastic cover from the main engine and mounting base plate before installation and keep relevant fasteners secure.

b) For electric lock installation, maintain 40-50mm distance between door bottom and ground. Without electric lock, the distance should be ≥20mm.

Prepare fasteners for connecting mounting plate and wall according to installation environment. Power cable for main engine requires at least 4 cores with sectional area not less than 1.5mm². Limit switch cable requires at least 3 cores with sectional area not less than 0.75mm². Control box power cable requires at least 3 cores with sectional area not less than 1.5mm². Cable length should be determined based on installation site requirements.

For secure installation of PK400AC main engines, we recommend using expansion screws to fix the mounting brackets.
