Installation Guidelines
Preparation Before Main Engine Installation
  • Before installing the door opener, confirm proper gate installation to ensure smooth manual operation and verify that the gate safety stopper effectively prevents excessive movement
  • Install electric lock with 40-50mm distance between gate bottom and ground. Without electric lock, maintain ≥20mm clearance
  • Recommended mounting height for main engine is 300-800mm from ground level, ensuring reliable fixed points for mounting brackets
Cable Installation
To ensure normal operation and protect cables from damage, use PVC pipes for motor, power cable, and control cables. Separate PVC pipes should be used for motor/power cables and control cables respectively.
Mounting Brackets
For secure main motor installation, use expansion screws to firmly fix the mounting brackets.
