Installation Procedures
Preparation Work Before Installation
Ensure the sliding gate is correctly installed, the gate rail is level, and the gate moves smoothly manually before installing the gate opener.
Cable Installation
For optimal operation and cable protection, bury the motor & power cable and controlling cable separately using two PVC tubes.
Concrete Pedestal
Prepare a concrete pedestal measuring 400mm x 250mm with a depth of 200mm to securely install the DKC500AC/DKC800AC gate opener. Verify appropriate distance between gate and opener before casting the pedestal.
