Installation Guidelines
SL800AC sliding gate opener is designed for gates weighing less than 800kg with sliding lengths under 12m. The system utilizes rack and gear transmission and must be installed inside an enclosure or yard for protection.
Installation Procedures
Preparation: Ensure the sliding gate is correctly installed, the gate rail is horizontal, and the gate moves smoothly manually before installing the opener.
Cable Installation: Bury motor & power cables and controlling cables separately using two PVC tubes to ensure normal operation and prevent damage.
Concrete Pedestal: Precast a concrete pedestal measuring 500mm x 300mm x 250mm to securely install the gate opener. Verify appropriate distance between gate and opener before casting.
