Installation

The PK300DC/PK350DC swing gate opener is designed for single leaf gates weighing less than 300kg, with a maximum single leaf length of 2.5m/3m. The drive mechanism combines worm gear with screw rod transmission. This gate opener must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for protection.

Installation Steps
Preparation Before Main Engine Installation

a) Before installing the door opener, confirm proper gate installation to ensure smooth manual operation and effective safety stopper functionality.

b) For electric lock installation, maintain 40-50mm clearance between gate bottom and ground. Without electric lock, maintain ≥20mm clearance.

c) Recommended mounting height is 300-800mm from ground, with reliable fixed points for mounting brackets.

Cable Management

Use PVC pipes to lay motor, power, and control cables separately. Use two separate PVC pipes for motor/power cables and control cables respectively.

Mounting Brackets

For secure installation of PK300DC/PK350DC main engines, use expansion screws to fix the mounting brackets.
