Installation Requirements
The SL800AC/SL1000AC/SL1500AC/SL2000AC sliding gate opener is designed for gates weighing less than 800kg/1000kg/1500kg/2000kg respectively, with sliding gate length under 12 meters. The drive system uses rack and gear transmission. This gate operator must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for protection.
Installation Procedures
Pre-Installation Preparation
Ensure the sliding gate is properly installed, the gate rail is level, and the gate moves smoothly manually before installing the gate operator.
Cable Installation
To ensure normal operation and protect cables from damage, bury the motor & power cable and controlling cable separately using two PVC tubes.
Concrete Pedestal
Precast a concrete pedestal measuring 500mm x 300mm with a depth of 250mm to securely install the gate opener. Verify the distance between the gate and gate opener is appropriate before casting the pedestal.

Main Unit Installation
  • Remove the plastic housing from the main unit before installation and store all fasteners properly
  • Prepare power line for connecting mounting plate to main unit (minimum 3-core cable with cross-sectional area over 1.5mm²)
  • Unlock the main unit before installation by removing the rubber key cover, inserting the key, and opening the manual release bar until it rotates 90°
