PD132 230VAC Inductive Vehicle Loop Detector
Single channel vehicle loop detector designed for car access control systems and boom barrier applications. Prevents arm lowering while vehicles are passing and automatically lowers after vehicle departure.
Product Overview
Essential accessory for traffic and barrier systems that ensures vehicle safety by preventing arm closure during vehicle passage. Must be installed in weatherproof locations near the loop, maintaining minimum 10mm clearance from other devices and heat sources.

Operation and Wiring
LED Indicators
Green Channel LED and red Power LED illuminate during tuning (approximately 2 seconds). Green LED indicates vehicle detection, while flashing indicates loop faults. Power LED remains on during operation.
Frequency Adjustment
Eliminates interference between neighboring wire loops or detectors through frequency alteration.
Sensitivity Settings
Four sensitivity selections configurable via DIP3 and DIP4 switches to control inductance change detection.
Automatic Sensitivity Boost
Enabled via DIP5 switch - boosts sensitivity to maximum during vehicle presence and reverts to preset level after departure.
Filter Mode
Activated via DIP6 switch to eliminate environmental interference, delaying reaction time and reducing sensitivity.
Output Relay Configuration
DIP7 OFF: Both relays energize during vehicle detection and de-energize after departure. DIP7 ON: Relay2 energizes during detection, de-energizes after departure, with Relay1 energizing after 500ms delay for 500ms duration.
Presence Time Settings
DIP8 switch configurable for permanent presence or limited presence (10 minutes) modes.
Reset Function
Automatic tuning on power application. Manual reset via RESET switch initiates tuning cycle after configuration changes or relocation.
Important: If detector malfunctions, first check loop and wiring, then adjust frequency or sensitivity settings. Finally, activate filter mode if necessary.
