SINOMATIC electromechanical tyre killers feature PLC control systems. Open/close functions can be activated through various access methods including card readers, biometric readers (fingerprint), radio control switches, or key switches. Safety accessories such as loop detectors, photocells, flashing lights, and red/green signals can be easily integrated. Time delay arming is adjustable from 0-60 seconds.

System Components
The tyre killer system comprises three main components: main frame, electric transmission station, and electric control box.
Main Frame
Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. The entire steel structure uses GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding for high-strength load-bearing and anti-collision capabilities. Internal design excludes electrical components and wiring for enhanced waterproofing and safety. Installed in driveways or designated locations to restrict vehicle access.
Electric Transmission Station
Includes motor, gear box, limit switches, optical axis, bearings, base, and transmission components. Gear-free, belt-free design ensures maintenance-free operation with stable, long-lasting performance. Serves as the system's power source, mounted alongside the main frame. Manual operation available during power outages.
Electric Control System
Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control devices, and wire control systems.
