Product Overview
The electromechanical tyre killer represents one of the highest security vehicle access control systems available. This system effectively prevents unauthorized vehicle entry by immediately puncturing the tires of any vehicle attempting to pass without permission. The vehicle can only move a few more meters before being completely immobilized. All jaws of the tire killer operate simultaneously for maximum effectiveness.
The drive unit is positioned at one end of the tire killer, elevated above ground level and fully integrated with the body. This design ensures smooth motion transmission while minimizing the impact of external environmental factors.
SINOMATIC electromechanical tyre killers are PLC-controlled and can be operated through various access methods including card readers, biometric readers (such as fingerprint scanners), radio control on/off switches, or key switches. The system easily integrates with safety accessories like loop detectors, photocells, flashing lights, and red/green traffic lights. Time delay arming is adjustable from 0 to 60 seconds.

Main Frame: Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. The entire body features steel structure using GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding, providing high-strength load-bearing and anti-collision capabilities. Electric Transmission Station: Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base, and complete transmission components.
