The SINOMATIC electromechanical tyre killer represents one of the highest security vehicle access control systems available. When activated, unauthorized vehicles attempting to breach security have their tires immediately punctured and deflated, stopping the vehicle within meters.

Operated via PLC control system, the tyre killer can be integrated with various access control methods including card readers, biometric fingerprint scanners, radio remote controls, and key switches. Additional safety features such as loop detectors, photocells, flashing lights, and traffic signals can be easily incorporated into the control electronics.

The complete tyre killer system consists of three main components:

Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. The all-steel structure utilizes GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding for exceptional load-bearing capacity and anti-collision performance. Internal design excludes electrical components and wiring for enhanced waterproofing and safety.

Includes motor, gear box, limit switches, optical axis, bearings, base, and complete transmission components. Gear-free internal mechanism ensures maintenance-free operation with superior stability and extended lifespan. Features manual override capability during power failures.

Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control device, and wired control interface.
