The drive unit is positioned at one end of the tire killer, elevated above ground level and fully integrated with the body. This configuration ensures smooth motion transmission while minimizing the impact of external environmental factors.

SINOMATIC electromechanical tyre killers are PLC-controlled and can be operated through various methods including card readers, biometric readers (such as fingerprint scanners), radio control on/off switches, or key switches. The system easily integrates with safety accessories like loop detectors, photocells, flashing lights, and red/green traffic signals. Time delay arming can be adjusted between 0-60 seconds for flexible security protocols.

Constructed from A3 steel with steel blades resembling speed bumps, this electromechanical integrated remote control device offers easy operation, safety, and reliability. It serves as advanced equipment for intercepting unauthorized and terrorist vehicles.

When interception is required, pressing the "Up" button on the remote control immediately raises the steel blades. Any vehicle attempting to force through will have its tires punctured and deflated. The steel blades effectively prevent wheel passage, forcing the vehicle to stop. Once the interception task is complete, pressing the "Down" button retracts the blades back into the casing for standby mode.

The tyre killer system consists of three main components:

Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. The entire body features a steel structure using GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding, providing high-strength load-bearing capacity and anti-collision performance. The internal body contains no electrical appliances or wiring, ensuring waterproof safety. The device is mounted on driveways or designated locations to control vehicle traffic.

Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base, and full transmission components. The gearless internal structure requires no maintenance and provides stable, long-lasting lifting performance. This serves as the power source for the tyre killer system, mounted on the side of the main frame. Manual operation is available during power outages.

Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control device, and wire control device for comprehensive system management.
