High-Security Vehicle Access Control System
Electromechanical tyre killers represent one of the highest security vehicle access control systems available. These devices prevent unauthorized vehicle entry by immediately puncturing the tires of any vehicle attempting to pass without permission, causing the vehicle to stop within a few meters. The system features synchronized jaw movement and an integrated drive unit positioned above ground level for smooth motion transmission and minimal external interference.
Advanced Control & Integration
SINOMATIC electromechanical tyre killers are PLC-controlled and can be operated through various access methods including card readers, biometric fingerprint scanners, radio controls, and key switches. The system easily integrates with safety accessories such as loop detectors, photocells, flashing lights, and red/green traffic signals. Time delay arming is adjustable from 0-60 seconds for optimal security configuration.

  • Electric Transmission Station: Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base, and transmission components. Gear-free design ensures maintenance-free operation with stable performance and extended lifespan. Manual operation capability during power outages.
  • Electric Control Part: Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control device, and wire control system.
