Introduction of hydraulic road blocker
The Hydraulic Road Blocker is the vehicle control device which can be either integrated with various parking systems or installed as single unit, designed as an effective means of controlling access to high security areas such as: airports, ports, customs, governmental buildings, banks, penitentiaries, power stations, military sites, stores, embassies, warehouses, etc. The hydraulic road blocker is designed to guarantee the full level of security.
Road blockers are designed especially for entrance points which have a threat of vehicle attack or for the ones that have high security requirements. If there is a threat of vehicle attack in addition to the control of vehicle access in high security applications, hydraulic road blockers are the unique solution and the most secure systems. road blockers are designed to K12 standards.
The road blocker is operated by a hydraulic ram with the power unit (HPU) positioned locally within an externally rated cabinet. Typical raise/lower time is 3 seconds. In case of emergency, raise/lower time are available upon request.

SINOMATIC road blocker is designed for high level security.
The housing and the blocking element of the road block system are fabricated in full core steel profile construction to absorb static impact loads up to 5000kN.
The blocking element with the integrated anti-deflection device is electro-hydraulically operated with an electric motor of adequate size (380V, 50 Hz, 3-phase current).
The electro-hydraulic drive unit as well as the control system are installed in a lockable steel cabinet for outdoor installation. The Max. distance between road block and metal cabinet is 20M.
Road blocker can be operated by remote controller, push button, card reader and other existing access control system. Integrated with SINOMATIC bollard, boom barrier flexibly.
