Product Overview
Constructed from durable A3 steel with steel blades resembling speed bumps, this tyre killer integrates mechanical and electrical remote control technology. It provides safe, reliable interception of forbidden and terrorist vehicles with immediate response capability.
When interception is required, pressing the Up button on the remote control instantly raises the steel blades. Vehicles attempting to force through will have their tires punctured and deflated. The elevated blades effectively prevent wheel passage, forcing vehicles to stop. After completion of interception tasks, pressing the Down button retracts the blades into the casing for standby mode.
This product combines puncture capability with vehicle stopping functionality, offering competitive pricing for high-security applications.

System Components
The tyre killer system consists of three main components working in coordination:
  • Main Frame: Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base and drive shaft. Internal design excludes electrical components and wiring for waterproof safety. Mounts on driveways or designated locations to limit vehicle traffic.
  • Electric Transmission Station: Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base and full transmission components. Features gearless, belt-free internal structure requiring no maintenance, ensuring stability and extended lifespan. Serves as the power source mounted beside the main frame, with manual operation capability during outages.
  • Electric Control Part: Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long distance remote control device and wire control device.
