Tyre Killer System Components
The tyre killer system consists of three main components:
Main Frame: Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. The entire body features steel structure using GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding, providing high-strength load-bearing capacity and anti-collision capability. Internal design excludes electrical components and wiring for waterproof safety. Mounts on driveways or designated locations to limit vehicle traffic.
Electric Transmission Station: Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base, and full transmission components. Gear-free internal structure requires no maintenance, ensuring stable and longer lift performance. Serves as the power source and allows manual operation during power outages.
Electric Control Part: Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control device, and wire control device for comprehensive system management.
