About Loop Detectors
Loop detectors are essential for vehicle detection applications including access monitoring, security safeguarding, and vehicle counting. The output signal controls door and gate drive mechanisms, operates barriers, manages traffic light systems in parking facilities, and activates card dispensers.
The SINOMATIC loop detector features direction detection capability for vehicle flux statistics. Operating on the principle of inductance changes within the loop caused by metallic vehicle components, these changes are detected and processed by a microprocessor. Automatic calibration upon power application ensures ease of use.
