System Components
The tire killer system consists of three main components working together to provide comprehensive traffic control:
  • Main Frame: Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base and drive shaft. Features GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding with high-strength load-bearing capacity and anti-collision capabilities. Waterproof design with no internal electrical components for enhanced safety.
  • Electric Transmission Station: Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base and full transmission components. Maintenance-free design with no gears or rotating belts for stable, long-lasting operation. Manual operation capability during power outages.
  • Electric Control Part: Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long distance remote control device and wire control device for flexible operation.
