System Components
The tire killer system consists of three main components:
  • Main Frame: Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. Features GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding for high-strength load-bearing and anti-collision capacity. Waterproof design with no internal electrical components for enhanced safety.
  • Electric Transmission Station: Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base, and transmission components. Maintenance-free design with no gears, rotating belts, or regular maintenance requirements. Manual operation capability during power outages.
  • Electric Control System: Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control device, and wire control device for comprehensive operation management.
